Sara's story.
Some stories need more time to reach the ending they deserve. Sara’s story took almost two years. ❤️ Born in 2023 and rescued from the street by a kind-hearted woman, Sara came to our shelter in 2024. Since then, we tried every possible way to find her a family. She joined us at events and adoption fairs. We created the “Adopt Sara” campaign, posting a photo of her every day for a month and a half. We wanted her to be seen, known and, most of all, chosen. But Sara was always left behind. At the shelter, she was happiest when volunteers gave her attention, affection and a few moments just for her. This summer, after so much waiting and hundreds of kilometres travelled, Sara finally arrived home. 🏡🐾 Her journey would not have been possible without the volunteers who stood by her and the people who support us through donations. Because of you, Sara now has the life every dog deserves.
